The iOS version is being prepared for release and is not yet available for download or production in-app purchases on the App Store. This page describes compatibility, features and support arrangements.
You may write in your preferred language. Support content is currently not sent to third-party AI or online translation services. Native-language service in every language and response times are not guaranteed. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, Apple verification codes or unrelated personal photos.
For troubleshooting, include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, app version, camera model and firmware, connection type, steps to reproduce and the exact error message. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and logs.
Requires iOS/iPadOS 16.0 or later. Supports Nikon Z-series and selected D-series cameras. Features depend on camera model, firmware, shooting mode and connection. Use a compatible USB data cable or follow the app's Wi-Fi connection guide. A faster-rated cable does not guarantee that transfer speed.
If a camera is not detected, check power, connection mode, the data cable or Wi-Fi network, and local-network permission. A camera hotspot may not provide internet access required for Apple purchases.
To restore purchases, use the Apple account that made the purchase, select Restore Purchases in the app and connect to Apple services. Buying lifetime Pro does not cancel an existing annual subscription. Manage renewal in Settings > your Apple account > Subscriptions. Request refunds at Apple Report a Problem. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
GPS requires compatible equipment and location authorization. Photo-border city and region labels can separately use coordinates embedded in photos for Apple place-name lookups. Disable both border options if you do not want these lookups. Effect images may retain GPS metadata from the source photo or camera. Turning off place-name labels or phone GPS does not remove existing location metadata; check and remove it when needed before sharing.
Photos exported to your photo library, external folders or camera card are managed in those locations. Deleting the app does not remove those copies, cloud backups or Apple transaction records.
The iOS app does not record the live-view feed on the phone. Recording control on the camera itself depends on camera support and mode.
